• Provide training and continuing education for staff members on a monthly basis..
• Phone consultation services for QC and Calibration issues.  Can also provide on site support if needed.
• Monitor all laboratory information for compliance on a monthly basis.
• Can validate and correlate new instruments purchases and provide on going training for new or existing staff members.
• Can train current employees on how to reduce costs and waste in the laboratory.
• Available for all inspections when provided with adequate notice of inspection date.
• Post inspection corrective action plan for any deficiencies found during an inspection.
